(Photo : gettyimages.com) Lucas Lima of Santos has reportedly rejected offers from Chinese outfits to move to China.
A high profile Brazilian footballer has opted not to move to a team China like most of is countrymen.
Santos midfielder Lucas Lima, who confirmed reports that he has been offered contracts by several Chinese football clubs, joked that China would have to be "watching me on television." The 25 years old midfielder looks likely to leave Santos after a breakout season with the club, which has seen him break into the Brazil squad, according to Sambafoot.

"They will have to watch me on TV!" he jested, "I don't want that for my career at the moment, I have always been clear. Football is very dynamic and anything can happen, but right now, in my head I am focussed on Santos and I am not thinking about this now," he confirmed.
Getting into the Brazilian national team and move to Europe to further his career is what Lima wants, but like many high profile Brazilian players, he has been the subject of interest of the rich Chinese Super League.
Chinese outfits have been very active in enticing South American players to move and to continue their football career in China.
The 2015 Brazilian champions Corinthians in particular have almost been pulled apart as key player are leaving the club to move East during the close of the season with Jádson, Ralf and Renato Augusto having left for China, and Elias and Gil likely to follow.
Just recently, Renato Augusto, who was the best player of the last Brazilian Championship, confirmed his $11 million transfer to Beijing Guoan of the Chinese Super League on Wednesday
Midfielder Jadson moved to China last December after Corinthians accepted a $5.4 million US-dollar offer from second-tier club Tianjin Songjiang.
While Sao Paulo's midfielder Elias had been offered by Hebei China Fortune a $10 million deal.
Corinthians is not the only Brazilian club to have their key players in the radars of Chinese teams.
Former Manchester United and current Internacional midfielder Anderson has also attracted the interest of Chinese outfit Hebei Fortune.
