The LeTV Le Max Pro is expected to cost about $535 in the Chinese market.

Eric Mika, LeTV's Senior Vice President of Open Ecosystems, Strategic Alliances and Partnerships, said, "We couldn't be more pleased with the enthusiasm for LeTV,"

"To walk away with an award from Android Authority in our debut CES appearance reflects all the hard work our team has put into making extraordinary products that create extraordinary experiences."

Specs-wise, the handset sports a 6.33-inch display screen with a 2,560 x 1,440 pixel resolution (WQHD). It has a powerful 21 megapixel OIS rear-facing camera and a 2.0μm large pixel front-facing shooter, Business Wire reported.

Under the hood, the Le Max Pro packs 4GB of RAM and a 3,400 mAh battery that supports the Quick Charge 2.0 technology. The handset will be available in three versions: a 32GB model, a 64GB model and a 128GB model.

In addition, the phone is equipped with Qualcomm's Snapdragon Sense ID 3D ultrasonic fingerprint technology, and runs on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system along with LeTV's custom skin (EUI 5.5) on top.

Other specs the Le Max Pro carries include support for Wi-Fi 802.11ad, USB Type-C port connection and NFC connectivity.

It's still unclear when the phone will begin selling in the local market. The Chinese company did not mention anything about the price and timeline for the availability of the Le Max Pro handset outside of China.
