Chinese outfits have been very aggressive in enticing high profile football players to make a move and continue their career in the country's league.

Now it seems Chinese clubs are raiding Serie A. Asian big-spenders have reportedly launched a considerable offer for Columbian versatile player Fredy Guarin of Internazionale. Meanwhile, Ivorian Gervinho of Roma is thought to be in their radar.

According to Gazzeta World, a $16 million-plus offer has been made for Guarin along with a four-year contract that will see him earning an annual salary of over $7 million, luring the 29-year-old midfielder to leave for Nanjing after almost a decade in European football.

Ivory Coast forward Gervinho remains a target for the Chinese outfit despite his salary demand of over $11 million per year.

Jiangsu Suning has been very busy in the transfer market and seems to have a particular interest in Milanese clubs. Jiangsu Suning currently participates in the Chinese Super League and is based in Nanjing, Jiangsu province, China. They finished ninth in the 2015 season campaign under former Genoa defender Dan Petrescu.

Recently, the Chinese outfit reached a deal with AC Milan to get the services of the Brazilian Luiz Adriano for around $15 million.

It was reported that the club made a profit of over $7 million from the move and Luis Adriano is assumed to be earning over $7 million per season plus $3 million in performance-related bonuses.

Milan has confirmed that the Brazilian striker was not called up for the Coppa Italia quarterfinal with Carpi because he is in negotiations for a transfer.

Jiangsu Suning FC is the same club that had an offer for Sampdoria forward Eder. However, the player turned down offer that would have seen him earning over $5 million per season.

Due to higher salaries and the improved standard of the Chinese Super League, China has become an increasingly alluring destination for South American players and coaches.
