Lolita Richi, the 16 year old Ukrainian social media sensation, isn't known as the "Teen Barbie" for nothing. With a 20-inch waist wrapped around a body sporting a 32 F bra, she makes 1968 Twiggy look like a wood log.

The Lolita Richi online controversy, however, is about whether those extreme doll-like features are for real or not. The teen insisted this week she's the real deal. Not as if that would stop the wags from wagging.

Actually, Richi is the third Mattel doll re-enactor to find the social media spotlight to date. She was preceded in Barbie-like proportions by Valeria Lukyamov -- the "Human Barbie" -- and Alina Lovalevskaya. Yet, her fans believe she is the best Barbie wannabe of them all.

British tabloids, in particular, seem smitten with the story. During an interview with the Daily Mirror, Richi, said to be living currently at Turkmenistan, said she believed herself to be "the ultimate vamp woman," who didn't use photoshop or cosmetic surgery. She did own up to wearing contact lenses, so that was something. She also said she wears a pop-up bra.

Being somewhat feisty, Richi didn't hesitate to toss a diss at the competition. "I haven't even heard of Valeria Lukyanov," she said. Tens of thousands of rabid fans of Russia's VK social media, however, have heard of the new Lolita.

Surprisingly, Richi said she didn't like to play with dolls while growing up. She got tight with the Barbie look only last year. She said her main motivation is just to look good. She eats what she wants and wears wigs borrowed from her mother.

While Richi says she is comfortable with the look, what about mom? Anya Richi, herself only 33 years old, is in favor of the look and the lure. In fact, Anya Richi takes the Barbie photographs her daughter uploaded to social media sites.

Richi has lofty goals. The 5-foot 4-inches tall high school student said she wanted to be a psychologist. That is if her modeling career doesn't pan out. She's short, though, so amended that modeling aspiration with an admonition she would be happy just being known for her good looks, period.

And for all those Kens out there, good news. Richi doesn't have a boyfriend. She wants a "manly man" who is sensible, polite and "doesn't run away from trouble."
