The name of Taiwanese actor Chen Bolin came up on the list of the 120 celebrities suspected of drug use as he is widely known Jaycee Chan and Kai Ko's friend.

Chen Bo Lin has lately been in hot water after the Beijing authorities' investigations led to a conclusion that there were more than a hundred celebrities from China, Hong Kong and Taiwan who are using drugs. His name was one of them.

In response to the issue, the 30-year old actor's managing company promised that Chen Bo Lin will be participating in investigation efforts so as to prove his innocence.

Chen Bo Lin has posted on his Weibo, saying, "Everyone makes mistakes. I pray for the best," showing his concern for Jaycee Chan and Kai Ko in lieu of the events.

The actor has been keeping a low profile and has only participated in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge when he was nominated. Apart from that, he hasn't made any official public appearances.

Chen Bo Lin is currently the ambassador of a Chinese tea brand and was previously scheduled to attend a fan meeting in Hefei, China this weekend. However, according to reports, the fan meet was postponed with the organizers of the event, saying that the cause was 'unforeseen circumstances'.

According to the announcement that the company released, the event was supposed to be held at the Hefei Anhui Grand Theatre on August 23, but due to the circumstances, it has been postponed. The company has also apologized for the inconvenience.

A spokesperson for the actor's company stated that the media reports are causing pressure on Chen Bolin and have expressed their hope that the media would stop reporting about such things without proof.

On previous reports, Chen Bolin's manager has also spoken about the matter, stating that the actor has stopped using drugs a long time ago due to a traumatic experience he'd had which involved drugs when he was still living in California.

Up to date, despite the speculations that he was using drugs, Chen Bolin hasn't received any summons from authorities in China.
