The latest gadget from Chinese smartphone maker Coolpad has been spotted on a listing by China's Telecommunication Equipment Certification Authority (TENAA) with a model number of 5270. The listing has also revealed most of the specifications and features of the upcoming device.

As shown in the TENAA database entry, the latest Coolpad 5270 smartphone will feature a 5-inch display screen with a TFT technology and FWVGA (854 x 480) resolution.  The device is powered by 64-bit quad-core 1.0 GHz chipset, however the name of the processor was not shown. The handset will also come with dual SIM dual support and standby capabilities as well as the Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system.

Coolpad 5270 smartphone will feature an onboard 1 GB of RAM and a built-in 8GB internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 32 GB via a microSD card. The device connectivity features includes Bluetooth, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, GPS, and a microUSB 2.0 port. In terms of its camera, Coolpad 5270 comes with a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash support and a 3-megapixel front-shooter cam.

As shown in the listing, the smartphone seems to be made of plastic and comes with three different color options including black, white, and yellow. The handset is sleek and slim in design as it only measures 142.3 x 72.3 x 9.8 mm and weights around 170 grams. 

Since the Coolpad 5270 smartphone has got listed on TENAA, it is expected that this device will come very soon in the market, or maybe Coolpad will announce it later this month at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2016 in Barcelona, Spain.

Meanwhile, the Chinese company recently released a budget-friendly phone called Coolpad Fancy in Vietnam, featuring a 4.7-inch with HD resolution and 2.5D glass, quad-core Snapdragon 410 CPU, 2 GB of RAM, 8 GB storage, 8MP/5MP camera's, 4G LTE, a 1,800 mAh battery, and Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system.
