The 25-year-old Zaragoza, Spain native is said to have a buyout clause of £8 million, but Los Boquerones are allegedly willing to cut it in half just to get the deal done as quickly as possible.

Camacho was signed by Malaga in December 2010 and is now in his sixth season with the Spanish club. He had appeared in a total of 148 games in all competitions for the Albicelestes and have scored 12 times mainly as a defensive midfielder.

He had been a regular starter for Malaga in the last four seasons and is considered as one of the most effective at his position in the domestic league.

Camacho had been the team captain of the Spanish national football team during his youth career but has said to be "never truly realized his potential" during his senior years as he had appeared in only a single game for La Furia Roja, as per Caught Offside.

The defensive wizard began his senior career with Atletico Madrid's B team in 2007, but only after a few months, he is immediately promoted to the first team. He played 68 minutes in his A team debut, a 4-2 home win versus La Liga giants FC Barcelona, before he was sent off in the said match.

He lasted four seasons with Atleti, playing only 34 games and scoring two goals as he was injured most of the time especially in his last year with the Spanish capital city squad, before his transfer to Malaga where he blossomed.
