Chinese tech giant ZTE unveiled its latest devices recently at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2016 in Spain - including the highly anticipated Blade V7 smartphone.
Last year, the Chinese company unveiled a killer-looking device with Axon flagship, and now it is bringing some of that design work down to its mid-range Blade line. At the MWC 2016, the Chinese company unveiled the Blade V7 and Blade V7 Lite smartphone, which both feature metallic cases.

ZTE's latest devices are reminiscent of the iPhone designs as the Blade V7 feels like similar to iPhone 6 and the 6s. The device also has a slightly curved screen and a back cover, not to mention its prominent speaker and microphone openings. Meanwhile, the lighter version of the device called the V7 Lite that was also introduced in the event reminds us of the iPhone 5's flat design.
Under the hood, the ZTE Blade V7 smartphone features a 5.2-inch 1080p display. The device is powered by an octa-core MediaTek processor running at 1.3Ghz. It comes with 2GB of RAM and a built-in 16GB internal storage that can be further expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card.
In terms of the phone's camera, the device sports a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front shooter. On other hand, the V7 Lite smartphone features a quad-core MediaTek chip and a smaller 5-inch screen running at 720p. The V7 and V7 Lite are both shipped with Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.
The ZTE Blade V7 and V7 Lite will be available in China, Spain, Germany, and other international markets by this summer. The V7 Lite smartphone will be launched first in Russia.
