Damian Lillard does it again. The two-time NBA All-Star contributed 31 points to lead the Portland Trail Blazers to overpower the short-handed Eastern Conference Central Division team Chicago Bulls with a 103-95 win at the United Center on Saturday evening.
Lillard, who hit the 30-point mark for the sixth time in seven games, went 12 for 26 from the field and made a perfect 7 for 7 from the foul line in 34.34 minutes.

Starting Center Mason Plumlee chipped in 16 points and nine rebounds while Gerald Henderson added 13 points as the Trail Blazers got back to winning after blowing a 21-point lead in a home loss to Houston two nights earlier.
The Trail Blazers, who won for the 16th time in 20 games, led by 10 at halftime and came up with enough stops down the stretch to hand the Bulls their second straight loss in two nights.
The Bulls, who suffered their 28th loss in 58 games played this season, are still playing without the team's four key players due to different injuries.
Jimmy Butler is still out with a strained left knee, while Nikola Mirotic had appendicitis and Joakim Noah had a season-ending shoulder surgery last month. Derrick Rose has sat out for three straight games with sore right hamstring.
Pau Gasol led Chicago with a triple-double game performance of 22 points, 16 boards and a career-high 14 assists. The multi-awarded Spanish basketball player shot 9 for 16 from the field and went 4 for 5 from the free-throw line in 37.10 minutes of playing time.
"It's up to us to continue to compete, continue to do the right things on the floor, play like every game is critically important, because it is. And they are," Gasol, the 2002 NBA Rookie of the Year winner, said.
E'Twaun Moore chipped in 19 points, while Doug McDermott added 18 points and Bobby Portis contributed a double-double game production of 10 points and 16 rebounds for Chicago.
