Chinese smartphone maker Meizu has announced that its latest smartphone called the M2 is now available on Flipkart for Rs. 6999.

The Meizu M2 smartphone features a 5-inch high definition display screen and is powered by Android Lollipop. It is now available on Flipkart in both Grey and White variants. The smartphone is a budget-friendly device and has been praised by many gadget enthusiasts for its impressive specifications, cameras and battery features.

The Meizu M2 features a 5-inch HD IPS display equipped with Dragontrail screen protector and a pixel density of 296ppi. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6753 processor paired with 2 GB DDR3 of RAM. The device supports all major connectivity features such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, A-GPS, 4G, and GLONASS etc.

In terms of the camera, the device sports a 13-megapixel Samsung CMOS sensor primary camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing shooter with FotoNation 2.0 smart selfie enhancement. In addition, the device camera sensor includes burst mode, Face AE face light boost, and panoramic lens.

The device comes with a built-in 16GB internal storage that can be further expanded up to 128GB. The handset also comes with a dual nano-SIM compatible slot and fueled with 2500 mAh capacity battery, which according to ZTE, can last up to 23 hours of talk time on 2G network and 680 hours of standby time.

The Meizu M2 comes with the custom-designed user interface called the Flyme 4.5 OS. The device is slim and sleek in design and measures a dimension of 8.7mm and weight 131 grams. In addition, the smartphone also provides support for a wide range of sensors such as Gravity Sensor, Hall Effect, IR Proximity, Ambient Light, Touch and Digital Compass.

Moreover, the Chinese company has established 42 service centers in 20 cities across India.
