The newest GTA Flight School DLC could be the most thrilling update to GTA Online but players are still excited about the GTA V Heists DLC.

It's been rumored the Heists update will also come on the same release date as GTA V Xbox One, GTAV5 PS4 and GTA V PC this fall.

GTA V tipster ST3V3HACKER revealed the game source code, showing weapons to be available in the Heists DLC.

He also tweeted texture photos of the newest flare gun and thermite bomb. The images appear to be updated versions of three photos he posted on gaming website se7ensins in May, showing a Goosenberg Sweeper, Scar rifle, two .44 caliber pistols and more.

The new image presents thermite bombs of molten iron, various colored flare guns and a colorful rocket launcher.

These weapons were supposedly meant for release in GTA V Flight School 1.16 DLC update but plans changed before the release.

New weapons are now expected for the Heists update, including the thermite bomb or incendiary grenade, a very destructive weapon in real world. These explosives can burn at almost 4,000 degrees Fahrenheit.

It can also burn underwater. Meanwhile, the flare gun can be used to send signals to flying team members, mark locations for rendezvous or mark for airstrikes.

Rockstar Games promised players the Heists will be out in the open-world game last spring but it's now summer and players have yet to take part in story missions and heists introduced in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City in 2003.

GTA V Heists DLC will reportedly offer eight new GTA Online missions: Drop Off Hooker, Prison Van Rescue, Territory Takeover, Funeral, Cop Territory, Fight Gangmate, FIB Grab and Omate Bank Heist.
