Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is reportedly set to maximize the £75 million budget the club will give him in the summer to improve the team's defensive and midfield lines.
Caught Offside noted that the 66-year-old manager confirmed "money will be available" for him to acquire his top transfer targets at the end of the season, with club officials assuring all out support when it comes to funds and finances.

The Gunners have not made any significant signings during the last two transfer windows and that trend is said to be going to change in the upcoming summer window.
Arsenal had only expended a mere £17 million in the last two transfer openings, signing goalkeeper Peter Cech from Chelsea for £10 million last summer and taking Egyptian midfielder Mohamed Elneny from Swiss Super League team FC Basel for £7 million in January of this year.
"I think if we want to buy at the end of the season, money will be available," said the six-time Community Shield head coach winner. "But at the moment we want to influence our performances and results. The money, until the end of the season will not help us."
The Telegraph reported that Arsenal is set to provide £75 million as transfer budget for Wenger this summer, and the coach's priority is reportedly "to strengthen the central spine" of his Gunners squad.
With the veteran bench tactician rumored to be closing in on retirement, reports were out that he wants to strengthen the team's defensive and midfield games before he ends his so far 20-year reign as Arsenal's head honcho.
Furthermore, the report also said that Wenger is allegedly planning to use the club's recent £40 million TV deal to retain key players Mesut Özil and Alexis Sánchez by offering them huge contract extensions.
Wenger's current contract with the Gunners is set to expire in the summer of 2017.
