The Chicago Bulls continue to struggle - even with Derrick Rose playing - as they lost to the Orlando Magic 102-89 at the Amway Center on Wednesday.

Nikola Vucevic led the Magic with 24 points and 7 rebounds, while rookie center Mario Hezonja finished the game with a career-high 21 points to go along with 5 boards, 1 steal and 1 blocked shot. Hezonja went 9 for 17 from the field and hit 3 of 7 from beyond the arc in 37.09 minutes of playing.

Magic's starting guard Victor Oladipo contributed 17 points and 7 rebounds. Aaron Gordon registered an impressive double-double game performance of 13 points and a game-high 15 rebounds for Orlando.

With the win, the Magic improved to 27 triumphs and 33 defeats. They are in the eleventh spot of the Eastern Conference team standings.

However, with the loss, the Bulls have fallen to the ninth and tenth place - sharing the spot with the emerging Washington Wizards, who have won four straight games in a row. On the other hand, the Bulls have lost the four games in a row. Nonetheless, both teams have an identical 30 wins and 30 losses record.

Orlando ended the first half of the game with a ten-point lead 60-50. In the third quarter of the match, the Magic continued to pound the energy-less Bulls, who allowed the margin to be ballooned to as many as 20 points 74-54 with 7:40 of the third quarter.

Chicago was limited to just 17 points, while the Magic produced 24 points, ending the third period with 84-67.

Rose and Gasol , who scored 16 points and 12 points respectively, did not play in the final twelve minutes of the game and the closest that the Bulls' reserves could get to was 90-74 with 8:14 left in the game.
