Golden State transcended the 1995-96 Chicago Bulls' 44 straight regular-season home victories record and improved to 27-0 at Oracle Arena this season.
"To have protected our home court 45 straight games in the regular season, it hasn't been done in history, so that's a pretty special accomplishment," Curry, who also grabbed 13 rebounds for a double-double game performance, said. "That win record is still in reach."
Curry shot 14 of 24 from the field and connected 7 of 13 from beyond the arc region. He went perfect 6 for 6 from the foul line and even posted 3 assists and 4 steals in 37:20 minutes of playing time.
Klay Thompson and Brandon Rush added 27 points and 11 points, respectively, for the Warriors, who made 16 for 35 from the three-point range and shot 42 of 84 from the floor.
Golden States were leading with 13 points at the halftime with the scores 59-46. In the third quarter, the Warriors made a 35-31 run to further increase the gap to 19 points with 94-77 going in to the final period of the game.
In the fourth quarter, the Warrior continued their dominance over the Magic as they maintained their double digit lead. However, Orlando made a 23-12 run to narrow the gap to just a basket 111-109 with 1:13 minutes remaining.
Thompson connected a trey and Curry made a layup shot that gave the Warriors a 116-109 lead with just 44.3 seconds left to play.
Aaron Gordon led Orlando with a double-double game night of 20 points and 16 rebounds, while Evan Fournier and Brandon Jennings scored 20 points each.
