Tech giant company Intex has announced that its latest device called the Cloud Gem+ is now available in India for the price of Rs 3,299 ($50).

The Cloud Gem+ smartphone is another low-budget device under the "Cloud series." Intex has made the Cloud Gem+ smartphone available exclusively on Snapdeal. The device comes in two colors, black and white. Meanwhile, Snapdeal is offering the smartphone at a nine percent discount that will brings the price further down to Rs 2,999 ($35).

The Cloud Gem+ smartphone comes with several pre-installed apps that includes the i-store, Matrabhasha, Intex Service, Opera Mini, OLX etc. The device is also equipped with features such as the double tap to wake and smart gesture.

When it comes to the specification of the device, the Cloud Gem+ smartphone features a 4-inch display screen protected by Gorilla Glass 3 technology. The device is powered by a 1.3GHz quad core processor paired with 512MB of RAM on board. The smartphone comes with a built-in 4GB internal memory storage, which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card.

In terms of the camera, the smartphone sports a 2-megapixel front facing shooter with auto focus capability and a 2-megapixel rear camera. The Cloud Gem+ is fueled by a 1,400mAh capacity battery, which according to the company is good enough to last up to 200 hours of standby time and 4 hours of talk time. Regarding with the connectivity options of the smartphone, it comes with a dual-SIM card slot, 3G Connectivity, GPS, Wi-Fi, 3.5mm jack and Bluetooth.

On the software side, the smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system.
