Apple has released its new developer-focused and experimental version of Safari for Mac, which is designed specifically for developers.
The new Safari for Mac version is called Safari Technology Preview that allows developers to check the web technologies in OS X and iOS in advance, giving them a way to access new web technologies. It includes layout technologies, visual effects, and other developer tools. After using the technologies, developers can offer feedback to Apple for necessary improvements.

Safari Technology Preview is a standalone application, so the user can install it alongside a normal version of Safari. It is also a new development snapshot of the browser designed to show off more features while offering more reliability and stability than the nightly WebKit browser builds. It also supports iCloud features, which the typical WebKit Nightly builds do not include. The initial release is composed of numerous new features for developers to make better web apps; however, there are no noticeable user-facing changes.
In addition, there are the complete implementations of ESMAScript 6 in Safari Technology Preview, which is basically the latest version of JavaScript. It will help the developers to use object oriented principles in JavaScript iterators, APIs and code. There is also a dedicated JavaScript compiler called B3, a low-latency engine that skilfully optimizes page load based on how much JavaScript is used and how it is being implemented.
The access to the new builds will take a little bit more effort compared using the new Safari Technology Preview browser. With the new browser, the updates will be distributed every two weeks by way of the Mac App Store's software update mechanism. In this way, it is not difficult to use a browser that features the latest advances in web technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, CSS and WebKit.
Moreover, there is a B3 JIT JavaScript compiler, a new compiler described specifically for JavaScript, and support for Shadow DOM.
The Safari Technology Preview is now available for download at Apple's developer site, and it is accessible to all OS X El Capitan users regardless of whether they have a standard OS X and iOS developer account.
