Jennifer Aniston on Marriage and Motherhood: "It does not define a Woman's Value"

Jennifer Aniston is coming back to the big screen in her latest movie "Life of Crime". Carson Daly has interviewed the star and they tackled Aniston's thoughts on feminism and her evolution as an actress as well as a person.
Aniston's newest film is about her being a trophy wife. She has injected her sense of humor in her character and noted that she wanted to see how her character changes and how she gets empowered. The star noted that women have made extraordinary leaps in the last 50 years.

Daley and Aniston also talked about her take on the status of women being labeled with procreation. Aniston argues that these things should not define a woman's value.
People always ask if she's already married and when will she be having kids to which Aniston responds that it's always an issue which people should not be pressured with.
Aniston said that she did not have a checklist of what she has to do. She noted that if and when she has not ticked an item on the list, it makes her less of a woman and as a person in general. Aniston believes that that kind of pressure is not supposed to be put on anyone.
She added that just because she has not birthed a child, it does not mean she has not mothered anything. The actress points out that she feels she already birthed and mothered other things aside from a child.
Aniston was also asked why people whom she does not know care so much about her. She debuted in 'Friends' years ago and she was asked about how she has evolved.
Aniston answered saying: "I feel like I've grown up three times. I feel like I've had three different periods of adolescence. I've had an incredible evolution. I keep seeing these little lifetimes that I've lived and they're all so wonderful. They all served me so well."
She also added, "All of the fears that I've overcome, challenges that you face that you think, 'Oh, there's no way I'm gonna be able to get through this,' and by the grace of God, you have that strength in you and you get through it. I feel very grateful to my evolution and my history and all involved. I would never exchange it for anything."
Aniston's latest movie is slated to hit the theatres this Friday.
