After the crowning of the newest Bb. Pilipinas-Universe, the beauty pageant which paved the way for Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach to become a popular beauty icon, Dr. Mike seemed to have hinted how special she is to him. Are they officially together now?

On Sunday, the 26-year-old Filipina beauty queen crowned her successor in the local beauty tilt to which the Russian medical practitioner, Mikhail Varshavski reacted by tweeting, "Even though tonight you're giving up the crown, you'll forever be my Miss Philippines! @PiaWurtzbach #BbPilipinas2016 #comebacksoon [heart emoji]."

With what he posted, their fans could not help but rejoice with the thought that the "Sexiest Doctor Alive" in 2015 of "People" magazine was vocal of his admiration and affection towards Miss Universe 2015 Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach.

As of this writing, Dr. Mike's sweet note was already re-tweeted for almost 10,000 times and was able to gather 31,000 likes.

It can be recalled that the rumored couple first met in February during a gathering with friends in New York City. A photo of them together even went viral the moment he shared it on his Instagram account.

The following month, he admitted in an interview with Wonderwall that he was indeed dating the international beauty queen from the southern part of the Philippines.

"I am dating Pia," he told the news site. "It's a fairly new relationship but I'm really excited to see where it can go!"

Meanwhile, the statuesque beauty came out with her own statement a week after.

"I'm dating," Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach revealed to Extra when asked if she already had someone who she considered as her Mr. Universe.
