Tom Cruise has found a new love interest and potentially the next 'Mrs. Cruise.'

The 'Mission Impossible' star is said to be building a close relationship with Annabelle Wallis, a British actress, on the set of 'The Mummy.'

According to MSN Entertainment, an insider revealed that the 53-year-old actor is smitten with Wallis and it was the first time that he has been infatuated with someone since he met his ex-wife Katie Holmes.

The insider added that Cruise and Wallis spend a lot of time on-screen and off-screen. The co-stars were seen cozying up on the Mummy production set.

The actor reportedly sent Wallis a bouquet of flowers and requested her personally to be his co-star in the movie.  This is not the first time the actor has made such a move. Cruise asked his ex-wife actress Nicole Kidman to be cast along with him in the movie 'Days of Thunder.'

Wallis is said to be enjoying Cruise's company and usually talks for hours in between takes in the production set. Wallis has said that the actor as a 'perfect gentleman' and quite a charming guy.

Wallis was previously linked to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin.

Cruise has been married thrice. His first wife was Mimi Rogers, the second wife was actress Nicole Kidman and the third wife was 'Dawson's Creek' star Katie Holmes.

Cruise was recently linked with Emily Thomas, his personal assistant during the filming of the fifth installment of 'Mission Impossible.'

The 'Vanilla Sky' star is quite optimistic about finding the right woman for himself. In a previous interview, Cruise said that he likes relationships and thinks that marriage is a great thing.
