Chinese smartphone and computer maker Lenovo has announced that its budget friendly device called the Vibe P1 Turbo is now available in India for the price of Rs. 17,999 (USD $271.77). The smartphone was initially launched in Indonesia last year and is now available in India.

The Lenovo Vibe P1 Turbo smartphone went on sale way in February in Indonesia priced at IDR 3,999,000 (roughly USD $303.99). The device was launched in Graphite Grey, Silver, and Gold colour option. The handset measures a dimension of 152.9x75.6x9.9mm and weighs 187 grams.

When it comes to the specification of the device, the Lenovo Vibe P1 Turbo smartphone features a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080 x 1920 pixels) IPS display screen with pixel density of 401ppi protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection on the display panel. The device is powered by a Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz coupled with Adreno 405 GPU on board.

The smartphone comes with 2GB of RAM on board and has a built-in 32GB internal memory storage that is expandable via a microSD card slot. On the camera side, the device is equipped with 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls. What makes this device more interesting is that it comes with a 5000mAh capacity battery inside, which is slightly larger than the the Lenovo Vibe P1 (4900mAh battery).

Apart from this, Lenovo Vibe P1 Turbo smartphone also supports USB OTG, NFC, dual-SIM with dual 4G LTE support, Bluetooth v4.1, Wi-Fi Hotspot, and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, as well as 24-watt charging capability that is said to charge the smartphone a bit faster.
