Universal Pictures has finally debuted the first official full-length trailer of the highly anticipated film Jason Bourne.
The trailer, which aired on Wednesday, shows Matt Damon reprise his role as the titular character of CIA operative Jason Bourne, nine years after the release of the fourth installment in the Bourne series, The Bourne Ultimatum. Damon was replaced by Jeremy Renner as the super spy in 2012's The Bourne Legacy.

"Since 2007, so much has changed. There's been the financial collapse, the great recession, all these issues of cyber warfare and civil liberties-things that are slowly coming to into the zeitgeist as we start to grapple with what the future is going to look like," Matt said about the film in an interview with Entertainment Weekly.
"And so those are kind of somewhere in the stew of our story. If you look at the first three, they are films that are product of the Bush presidency. Thematically, they touch on things people were talking and thinking about during that presidency. This one feels like a movie about today."
"I know who I am," Damon says in the trailer before Julia Stiles' character of Nicky Parsons warns him that remembering everything does not necessarily mean that he knows everything.
The two-and-a-half-minute clip features everything from an action-packed car chase through the Las Vegas strip, a government hack described "worse than Snowden" and plenty of fist fights, living up to the name of previous Bourne franchise.
Paul Greengrass returned as a director for the film after having helmed two of the four films in the franchise. The film, which also stars Stiles, Alicia Vikander, Tommy Lee Jones and Vincent Cassel, hits theaters on July 29.
