OPPO F1 Plus Smartphone Goes on Sale in India

Chinese smartphone maker OPPO officially announced its latest handheld device in India called the OPPO F1 Plus. The smartphone is the successor to the "selfie expert" OPPO F1 and is currently priced at Rs. 26,990 (CNY 2631.18/USD $404.89).
The Chinese company started the sale of the F1 Plus in India today. The smartphone will be available in stores across India including Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, and Kolkata.

According to Sky Li, OPPO's Global Vice President, MD of International Mobile Business and President of OPPO India said, "The smartphone self-portrait or 'Selfie' has established itself as a form of self-expression and we are only looking to support this fact with our OPPO F1 Plus with 16MP front camera."
Li also expressed his thoughts by saying thanks to their Indian consumers by giving them the opportunity to launch the OPPO F1 Plus with a warm welcome in the Indian market.
Talking about the OPPO F1 Plus specifications, the smartphone feature a 5.5-inch Full HD display screen with a pixel density of 401ppi and 16 million colour AMOLED. The handheld device is equipped with Gorilla Glass 4 screen screen protection and is powered by a MediaTek MT6755 (Helio P10) 8x Cortex-A53 cores processor that clocked at 2.0GHz.
The smartphone comes with 4GB of RAM on board and a built-in 64GB internal memory storage, which can be expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card. On the graphics side, the phone is powered by Mali-T860MP2 GPU inside. With regards to the OPPO F1 Plus camera, the device sports a 13-megapixel main shooter with f/2.2 unit PDAF and LED flash support coupled with a massive 16-megapixel fixed-focus f/2.0 unit front camera.
The OPPO F1 Plus smartphone is fueled by a non-removable Li-Po 2850mAh capacity battery with the company's Color OS 3.0 on the top of Google's Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system. As for connectivity option, the smartphone packs in Bluetooth V4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, microUSB v2.0 port, and an A-GPS unit.
