Kim Kardashian and Rob Kardashian accompanied his fiancée Blac Chyna to a gynecologist in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles on Tuesday.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians stars and Chyna grabbed some grub at Nate 'n Al before heading to the same OB-GYN that helped Kim during her pregnancy, fueling speculation that Chyna is pregnant with the 29-year-old Arthur sock designer's child.

An insider told HollywoodLife.com that the newly engaged couple just broke the happy news to the Kardashian family.

"Kendall and Kylie went over to visit with Rob and Blac, after Blac visited Kim's Ob/Gyn. The whole family is visiting Blac and Rob now, so they must have gotten some good news - something definitely happened!" the source said.

"Everyone is getting along and has been looking really happy. The younger sisters are following Kim's lead. Kim is being very kind to Blac now that they are going to be family, the source added. "Kim connected Blac with the doctor that Kim used when she was having fertility issues and having trouble getting pregnant before Saint West came along."

Over the last few months, there have been rumors that the 27-year-old model was starting to grow a baby bump and her latest visit to the pregnancy specialist with her fiancé and future sister-in-law will only add fuel to the fire.

Chyna already has a three-year-old son, King Cairo, with ex Tyga, who is now dating Kim and Rob's younger sister Kylie Jenner. Chyna's pregnancy could be the reason that

the Kardashian-Jenner clan has finally accepted her into the family and maybe also the reason behind Rob's hasty proposal.
