'Left 4 Dead 3' to Add New Characters, Elements; Turtle Rock Studios, Valve Working on ‘L4D3’ [RUMORS]

It has been seven years since fans got any new releases when it comes to Turtle Rock Studio's "Left 4 Dead." The multiplayer shooting game has circling the rumor-mill the past couple of months, leading fans to believe that another installment - "Left 4 Dead 3" - could be in the horizon soon.

"Left 4 Dead" was initially a collaboration between Valve Corporation and Turtle Rock Studios. With the game earning numerous fans since the game's release, some might say that the team up has been fruitful for both companies. It was reported, however, that a couple of years back, Turtle Rock Studios decided to end ties with their famous friend to focus on other games that they have under development.

According to Master Herald, Turtle Rock Studios has recently placed a wanted ad looking for an animations programmer to join the team. The report speculates that new job posting could be the start for the development of a new "Left 4 Dead 3" and a possible reteaming with Valve.

Christian Times reported, however, that the rumors surround the company could still remain a rumor. In a recent interview with the founder of Turtle Rock Studios, Phil Robb states that the company has already made their peace with the "Left 4 Dead" franchise, and that any possible new installments will be all on Valve's end.

Robb also tells Xbox Achievement that "It's Valve's thing now. We've kind of gone off in our own direction. So I'd kinda like to see something new being done with it, and Valve always does great stuff, but it'd be cool to go back to it as just a fan and not a developer. But I doubt you'll see anything from us."

It was also reported that Valve is indeed working hard on the development of "Left 4 Dead 3," as the company plans on adding new elements that will surely excite fans. The company also plans on adding new characters in the new instalment. It is also speculated that "Left 4 Dead 3" will be hitting not just PC gamers but also PlayStation 4 and Xbox One gamers.
