The much awaited action adventure stealth role-playing game "Dishonored 2," which was initially introduced during E3 2015, is slated to be released this year. It is said that the sequel to Bethesda's first-person, action-adventure title will stick to its original formula, yet will introduce much improved character abilities.

Fresh reports claim that Bethesda is gearing up to release "Dishonored 2" on Nov. 11 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.  With the upcoming release of "Dishonored 2," Arkane Studios revealed that rather sticking to a single protagonist, the developer will be allowed to pick between two lead characters - Corvo Attano and Emily Kaldwin. It is said that this move made by Arkane Studios for "Dishonored 2" will benefit players, as they will be able to experience two narratives and not just explore a single character story.

Since players of "Dishonored 2" will have the control to choose between Corvo and Emily, avid "Dishonored" enthusiasts should do it base on their preferred abilities, as each protagonist will have their own bag of powers and capabilities. The franchise's original protagonist Corvo will have variation of powers which he originally had in "Dishonored," while the daughter of the slain Empress, Emily, will feature new set of abilities but somewhat similar in functionality with what Corvo has.

Furthermore, in terms of "Dishonored 2's" plot line, not much was revealed aside from the assurance that the game will eventually pick up from where the original game ended. According to Parent Herald, "Dishonored 2" will stick to its original formula but will introduce more exciting gameplay and much improved players/guards.

Bethesda Softworks is expected to reveal more details about "Dishonored 2" on the upcoming Electronic Entertainment Expo 2016, which will be held on June 14-16.
