The 47th match of the ninth edition of the Indian Premier League - IPL 2016 - will be played between Rohit Sharma-led Mumbai Indians (MI) and Zaheer Khan' Delhi Daredevils (DD) on Sunday night.

MI's home ground Dr Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium in Visakhapatanam will host the high profile T20 clash.

The Delhi Daredevils are on the third spot in eight-team IPL 2016 standings with six wins out of ten matches. The Delhi-based outfit remains in contention for a play-off berth with twelve points.

The DD are looking to inch closer to play-offs when they take on tje fifth-placed Mumbai Indians. The MI, on the other hand, needs to win Sunday's T20 against the DD in order to remain in contention for play-offs.
