According to recent rumors, fans might see the "Guardians of the Galaxy" star Rocket Raccoon in the upcoming "Avengers: Infinity War" movie. It was about 2 years ago when movie goers saw the hilarious yet powerful Guardians led by Star-Lord Peter Quill, and although reports said that a sequel of the movie has been confirmed, it might not be a bad idea to include Rocket in the next "Avengers" installment.

The rumor sparked when Christopher Markus, the screen writer of the recent "Captain America: Civil War" movie, might have revealed that Rocket Raccoon is going to be in the "Avengers: Infinity War" during his interview with The Verge. Markus hinted of a 12-foot purple guy and a raccoon as a part of the next "Avengers" movie. According to speculations, the raccoon that Markus was referring to might be Rocket of the "Guardians of the Galaxy," and the 12-foot purple dude was rumored to be Thanos.

Meanwhile, in relation to "Avengers: Infinity War," Screen Rant reveals that the main antagonist of the next installment, Thanos, will be able to acquire the six Infinity Stones. It can be recalled that the said Infinity stones were discussed and seen on various Marvel films.

It was also said that whoever collects and use the six stones via the "Infinity Gauntlet" will have an overwhelming power, and that the user may control space and time. If this report is true, then fans will witness a very difficult fight for team Avengers.

On the other note, there is still no confirmation whether Rocket Raccoon will be included in the anticipated "Avengers" film. However, it is clear that fans may see the character in the upcoming sequel of "Guardians of the Galaxy" on May 2017. It is also reported that part 1 of "Avengers: Infinity War" is going to be released 2 years from now.

Perhaps, since there is no official announcement relating to the plot of the next "Avengers" movie, fans may just want to wait for further spoilers, which might be available in the next few months.
