The 52nd game of the ninth edition of Indian Premier League will be played between David Warner-led Sunrisers Hyderabad and Zaheer Khan's Delhi Daredevil on Friday at the Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Stadium in Raipur.

Sunrisers Hyderabad are on top of the eight-team IPL 2016 standing with eight wins out of twelve games. The side has already secured a spot in the play-off with sixteen points.

The Delhi Daredevils, on the other hand, need to win Friday's game to stay in the hunt for a play-off berth. Rahul Dravid's side is sixth on the IPL standing with six wins out of twelve games.

In a massive blow to SRH, pace bowler Ashish Nehra has been ruled out of IPL 2016 due to a hamstring injury. "Ashish Nehra is now in consultation with a specialist orthopaedic surgeon for the most appropriate course of treatment to ensure a successful return to competitive cricket," the outfit said in a statement on Thursday. "Unfortunately he will play no further part in the ninth edition of the Indian Premier League for Sunrisers Hyderabad."
