David Hasselhoff claims he has less than $4,000 to his name and is unable to meet the $21,000 a month in alimony payments to ex-wife Pamela Bach.
The former Baywatch star and his wife are involved in a spousal support war and Hasselhoff, who has coughed up $2.3 million in alimony payments since the divorce in 2006, filed legal papers last month asking the court to reduce the monthly payments.

The 63-year-old actor claims he earns $112,000 per month, out of which $66,000 is spent on various expenses and after shelling out an additional $21,000 in spousal support, plus taxes and other bills, he barely has anything left to save, according to court documents.
"I currently have less than $4,000 in liquid assets and have recently had to withdraw additional funds from my retirement plan in order to pay for my living expenses," Hasselhoff says in the documents.
Hasselhoff says that his income "decreased substantially" after the end of Baywatch and even though he was managed to find work after the classic television series went off air in 2001, his "future employability is uncertain."
He notes that his stint as a judge on America's Got Talent was short-lived and also points out that his European tour was also cut-short over poor ticket sales. With respect to his new reality show Hoff the Record, Hasselhoff added that he is "uncertain whether this project will generate much income."
The document claims that even though Hasselhoff's assets, including real estate, real estate, retirement savings, cars, jewelry, and art among other things, are valued at $1.79 million, the cash flow is drying up.
Hassellhoff says that Bach is under the wrong impression that he is worth more than $120 million and owns real estate all over the world.
Hasselhoff and Bach tied the knot in 1989 and called it quits in 2006. They have two daughters together; 26-year-old TaylorAnn and 23-year-old Hayley.
