Adam Richard Wiles (popularly known as Calvin Harris) got into an unfortunate car accident in Los Angeles on Friday, which pressed him to cancel two of his shows.

According to E! News, a police spokesperson recalled the incident, saying a teenager, who was driving a Volkswagen Beetle, crossed over the narrow center divider and crashed into the 32-year old DJ's SUV.

While there were no serious injuries from the accident, Harris was immediately rushed to a local hospital because he sustained a cut to the nose. Harris has already been released from the hospital.

The teenage driver is reportedly being treated for a broken pelvis, as she was reportedly not wearing a seat belt.

In a statement Harris' rep provided to E! News, it was revealed that "Adam was a passenger in a vehicle that was struck in a serious collision last night in Los Angeles."

"He was examined by doctors and sustained a number of injuries. He has since been checked out of the hospital and is now recovering. We wish all the other passengers involved in the incident a fast recovery," it continued.

Due to the accident, Harris was unable to fulfill his DJ duties in OMNIA nightclub in Las Vegas, where he currently has his residency. He has another gig at the Hangout Music Festival in Gulf Shores, Alabama. However, it has been canceled as he is unable to perform and is currently recovering.

Panic! At The Disco will take over Harris' spot as Saturday night's headliner.

Many fans have been waiting for Taylor Swift's comment or reaction to her Scottish beau's injury. However, the pop star is still yet to comment.
