Newly-promoted side Yanbian Funde FC (2-5-3, 9 points) is scheduled to square off with lowly team Liaoning Whowin FC (1-4-5, 8 points) in a 2016 Chinese Super League match on Saturday, May 28 at the Yanji Nationwide Fitness Centre Stadium.
Yanbian Funde is settled at the 13th spot of the current league table, only a point above the bottom two relegation area as the team lost four of its last six outings. Last season's China League One winners are having a mercurial stint so far in their first year in the country's first division domestic league.

Head coach Park Tae-ha's squad was blanked by fellow newly-promoted team Hebei China Fortune FC, 0-1, on the road at the Qinhuangdao Olympic Sports Center Stadium last Sunday, as per Soccerway.
Samba Kings forward Dong Xuesheng netted the only goal of the match at the 31st minute to hand Yanbian its second consecutive winless effort.
Meanwhile, Liaoning Whowin dropped to the second to the last spot of the league table as the team suffered its ninth straight winless game of the season. They are currently tied on points with Hangzhou Greentown but have a lesser goal difference of -9 as compared to the Green Giants' -5.
Liaoning was crushed by defending champions and current league leaders Guangzhou Evergrande Taobao FC, 0-3, at their home ground of Shenyang Olympic Sports Center Stadium last Saturday, as reported by Xinhuanet.
Zheng Zhi, Alan Carvalho, and Ricardo Goulart provided the goals for the visitors as manager Ma Lin's boys succumbed to their fifth straight shutout match, indicating their present persisting struggles in the offensive end.
The predicted result is a 2-0 victory for Yanbian Funde.
Yanbian Funde starting lineup (4-1-4-1 formation): Chi W.; Li, Petkovic, Cui M., Wu; Pei; Kim, Chi Z., Yoon, Cui R.; Trawally
Liaoning Whowin starting lineup (4-2-3-1 formation): Shi; Zheng, Yang, Lukimya, Wang; Ni, Sun; Kim, Zhang, Hu; Feng
