Cleveland Cavaliers starting forward Kevin Love hurt himself when he accidentally stepped on referee David Guthrie's foot late in the third period. As a result, he sat out during the entire fourth-quarter for the second consecutive game on Monday in his team's Game Four loss to the Toronto Raptors at the Air Canada Centre.

The 6-foot-10 tall three-time NBA All-Star has struggled in the top-seeded Cavaliers's losses in Toronto. Love failed to hit 10 of 14 shots and has scored only 10 points as the rejuvenated second-seeded Raptors got the better of the Wine and Gold with a 105-99 victory to level the series at 2-2.
Love, 27, stated that his knee injury will not hinder him from taking part in the action in Game Five. The Eastern Conference finals series will be shifting back to the Quicken Loans Arena on Wednesday.
"I think Kyrie [Irving] was shooting towards the end of the third quarter, and I stepped on the official's foot, and it didn't feel too great," said Love. "More so the knee [than the ankle hurting]. Will be sore tomorrow, but nothing that will prevent me from playing."
Love is averaging 16.4 points, 10.0 rebounds, and 2.3 assists in 32.7 minutes per contest in this postseason. He has been shooting 42.5 percent from beyond the arc and 84.8 percent accurate from the foul line in the Cavs last 12 matches in the playoffs.
"I had a lot of great shots, I just didn't knock them down," Love said. "It's as simple as that. I had a lot of confidence in shooting the ball, a lot of really wide-open 3s, especially to start that first quarter. A number of them went in and out, so I just need to continue to stay aggressive."
