Reeling team Chongqing Lifan FC (1-3-6, 9 points) is set to face contending squad Hebei China Fortune FC (6-2-2, 20 points) at their home field of Chongqing Olympic Sports Center on Sunday, May 29 for a 2016 Chinese Super League encounter.

Chongqing Lifan had been winless in their last nine outings after winning their season opener against no less than the five straight CSL champions Guangzhou Evergrande. They are now at the 11th spot of the league table, tied on points with Shandong Luneng and Yanbian Funde but has a superior goal difference of -3 compared to the said two clubs' -5.

Manager Chang Woe-ryong's side is coming off a 0-1 defeat to fifth-running team Shanghai Greenland Shenhua FC also at their home stadium last Sunday, as per Soccerway.

The lone goal of the contest came from an own goal by Chongqing's Croatian defender Goran Milovic in the 22nd minute of the game.

They are tied on points with third-placed team Shanghai SIPG but has a lesser goal difference of +4 as compared to the Red Eagles' +10.
