Chinese smartphone maker OPPO has announced the release of a new edition of its selfie expert F1 Plus smartphone in India. The latest  F1 Plus smartphone is an FC Barcelona Edition featuring an 18K Gold Insignia on the back panel. The product will be available around mid-June this year.

The details of the OPPO F1 Plus FC Barcelona Edition smartphone has not yet been released. The new device will be available in FC Barcelona colors - Barca-blue with the two red stripes.

The F1 Plus model comes with signatures of Neymar, Lionel Messi, Ivan Rakitic, Luis Suarez, and Andres Iniesta.  Their signatures will be etched inside the phone's blue leather cover.

The newF1 Plus smartphone features a 5.5-inch Full HD AMOLED display screen with a pixel density of 401ppi protected by the 4^th generation Corning Gorilla Glass. The device is powered by a 2 GHz Octa-core  MediaTek Helio P10 MT6755 processor, and a 4GB of RAM onboard.

 The device comes with a built-in 16GB internal memory storage, which can be expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card. It is backed with Adreno 405 GPU and fueled by a non-removable Li-Po 2500mAh capacity battery.

 The smartphone sports a 13-megpixel camera with phase detection autofocus and LED flash support, coupled with an 8-megapixel front camera.
