The mother of dragons seems to be eager to add another position to her long list of titles. Emilia Clarke has expressed interest in being the first female bond-Jane Bond.

Clarke, who is widely known for playing the feisty Daenerys Targaryen in the hit HBO TV series Game of Thrones, revealed in an interview with The Daily Star that she is hoping to land the role of the female version of Agent 007.

Of course, since agents get to have their Bond girls, Clarke also revealed who she wants to be her Bond boy, and it is no other than award-winning actor Leonardo diCaprio.

"I have a lot of unrealized dreams. I would love to play Jane Bond," she said in the interview. "My ultimate leading man would be Leonardo DiCaprio. No doubt about it."

Clarke's revelation comes after X-Files star Gillian Anderson was revealed to be the people's choice to replace Daniel Craig in the sequel of Spectre. A petition has even been started to get Anderson to be the next Bond.

Avid fans of Anderson, who believe she would do a great job as a secret agent, even went as far as creating posters of the 47-year-old actress and stitched together trailers to make it seem like she is already starring as the next 007.

Craig was a well-loved James Bond and has appeared in the past four films from the franchise. Although he was expected to star in another James Bond film, he has expressed his desire to retire from the series, due to exhaustion with the role.

James Bond films are full of action sequences. Craig stopped filming for Spectre last year after he suffered a knee injury.

He has said that he would rather slash his wrists than appear in another movie as James Bond. Craig's contract is still valid, but due to his reluctance, the actor and the producers might come to an agreement to let go.

Another fan-favorite to act as the next James Bond is Thor actor Tom Hiddleston. However, no credible news about him playing the part has surfaced.

As for Skyfall and Spectre director Sam Mendes' thoughts on the matter, he said that it is totally up to producer Barbara Broccoli.

"I can guarantee whatever happens with it, it will not be what you expect. That's what she's been brilliant at, and that's how it'll survive," Mendes said.
