Photos have leaked displaying the new design of MacBook Pro 2016 and thin body design. The leaked images also show where the highly awaited OLED Touch Panel will be placed together with its ports.

The leaked photos are said to come from an anonymous source claiming to work for Apple's manufacturing partner in China. The information shared by Cult of Mac reveals that the leaked images include a body with the looks of a MacBook Pro 2016 with an estimated size of 13-inch model.

The absence of the function row at the top of the keyboard confirms speculations of the possible use of an OLED technology. Yet to be installed were the Trackpad and the keys.

However, the size of the MacBook model in the pictures seems a little bit thinner. Four USB-C ports are revealed in the photos - two on the left and two on the right. Also present are thin speaker grills on both sides of the keyboard and a headphone jack.

Apple is working on completely new and improved 13 and 15-inch MacBook Pro models. Rumors have it that they will have thinner and lighter form factor with OLED display touch bar to replace physical function keys. A Touch ID button is expected to be built into the bar for support of USB-C and Thunderbolt 3.

While speaking via MacRumors, Ming-Chi Kuo, KGI Securities analyst, said that the new MacBook Pro would among others include the most significant upgrade ever undertaken by the Cupertino-based tech giant. The new MacBook Pro is set to hit the market in the fourth quarter of 2016, though many fans were anticipating for a Worldwide Developers Conference launch as noted by the same publication.
