Meizu M3 Metal to be Launched as Meizu M3S; Launch Date, Specs Announced

(Photo : YouTube) Meizu just confirmed the launching of a new Meizu M3 Metal smartphone as Meizu M3S on June 13 by sending out the media invites.
Meizu has just confirmed the launch of a new Meizu M3 Metal smartphone. The phone, which will be known as the Meizu M3S, will be announced on June 13, the company confirmed via invites sent out to the media.
The phone, first rumored to be the successor of the Meizu Metal smartphone, which was launched in October 2015, will be launched as the Meizu M3S instead of the Metal tag at the end.

The phone, which already has a Chinese TENAA certification and is listed on its website, has similar specifications as the Meizu M3 but with an all-metal body just like the company's latest affordable metal variant.
The Meizu M3S will be running on an an Android 5.1 Lollipop-based Flyme OS. The device will also feature a 5-inch high-definition display with 1280 x 720 pixels, a MediaTek MT6750 octa-core processor clocked at 1.5 GHz, a hybrid SIM slot with dual SIM dual standby support to be used as a microSD card slot rather than the second SIM, an amazing microSD card slot that can be expanded up to 128 GB, 2 GB or 3 GB of RAM and an internal storage of 16 GB/32 GB.
The Meizu M3S is also equipped with a 13-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash, a 5-megapixel front camera for selfies and video chats that are both capable of video recording in 1080p resolution, and a 3000 mAh built-in battery as back up enough to last throughout the day.
The Chinese smartphone maker is also expected to launch the flagship MeizuMX6 on June 20 in China. The high-end smartphone will be powered by the Samsung Exynos 8890 chipset, and features dual curved edges.
