Suspended Cleveland Browns receiver Josh Gordon does not have any plans to sue the NFL but aims to move on even if the league elects to apply changes on its drug-testing rule.
Gordon failed the league's marijuana test leading to his suspension for a year. He also stated that he put himself voluntarily into a rehabilitation facility back in July. Despite all of this, the man claims that he is not an addict.

The 23-year-old Gordon explained that he spent two weeks in a rehab in Malibu, California. He was not able to complete the 30-day program because he needs to be in the training camp and prepare for his plea.
His appeal failed last week when Officer Harold Henderson, maintained the suspension as stated in the league's announcement. Gordon got the news when he was about to leave the Brown's facility. According to him, he failed the said drug test due to secondhand smoke.
In an interview with ESPN.com, Gordon was asked to recognize the last time he used marijuana. The man said that he thinks it was before he got into the NFL.
Gordon said that the suspension really hit him. He was hoping that the suspension will be lifted to only eight games.
He said his teammates were there to support him by sending him text messages checking how he's doing. Gordon admitted that he misses the sport but is keen to be busy doing something else. He said that he capitalize on his interest in cars by working for a local car dealership. Doing charity work is also in his list.
The man disclosed that he thought of competing in the CFL after he found out the decision on his appeal. Since he is still under an agreement with the Browns, playing for the CFL is not a possibility.
Quickly citing that money is not the main reason, Gordon thought that playing for the CFL will keep him sharp and dynamic.
This was not the first time Gordon was suspended due to failed drug tests. He was out for 2 games after being positive with codeine. He cited that it was a prescribed drug for strep throat.
