With the kind of ending that the show's 13^th season showed off to its followers, it was surmised that the 36-year-old actress might still be alive despite the fact that her family's farmhouse in Israel was burned into ashes.

Amid this scenario, no corpse was ever found to prove that the well-loved role was indeed dead already.

In an interview with the Deadline, Gary Glasberg, showrunner of the CBS series, hinted about some exciting "NCIS" season 14 spoilers that may support the theories claiming that Cote de Pablo's Ziva is still alive.

"'NCIS' is a show and a franchise that's known historically for leaving lots of things unanswered and leaving all doors opens," he dished. "We revisit all kinds of things in all kinds of ways. We never say never and I'm not going to stray from that kind of approach."

Relative to the introduction of the young girl Tali, the daughter Michael Weatherly Anthony "Tony" Dinozzon never knew he ever had with Ziva, Glasberg had this to say, "Tony's in love with this little girl."

"He's taking her back to Israel, they're going to Paris," Glasberg's possible "NCIS" season 14 spoilers disclosed. "This is a new relationship for him, a new time for him. He needed this catalyst - it's the only catalyst - that would drive Tony DiNozzo away from his 'NCIS' family."

Meanwhile, the report noted that considering the exit of Michael Weatherly from the show, Glasberg emphasized that "'NCIS' as a show, as a franchise, doesn't change."
