The Golden State Warriors' "Splash Brothers " lead the defending champions closer to a second consecutive NBA title after beating the Cleveland Cavaliers 108-97 in Game 4 of the 2016 NBA Finals on Friday night.
After his subpar game performances in the first three games of the series, the reigning back-to-back Most Valuable Player Stephen Curry impressed with 38 big points, including seven treys from beyond the arc. While the two-time All-NBA Third Team member Klay Thompson scored 25 points while maintaining a 50 percent shooting accuracy on the field.

"I mean, it's business as usual," Curry, who only averaged 16.0 point in the first three matches, said. "Obviously it's a big game and one we needed to bounce back individually (and) as a team to figure out how to get a win on the road and put ourselves in a pretty good position. So, you know, we answered the bell."
Curry had his game, focus and intensity questioned by almost everyone familiar with the sport. But with his remarkable performance in Game 4 will put those doubts to rest.
The Warriors now enjoy a comfortable 3-1 advantage in the series and will be looking to finish off the series and claim the title when they head back to the Oracle Arena for Game 5 on Monday.
The record-setting 73-game winning team made yet another statistical milestone in the history of the league by making 17 three-pointers in a single NBA Finals game.
Golden State also handed the Cavaliers their first post-season loss at home this season. The Ohio-based basketball team has been very successful in the Quicken Loans Arena, winning eight in a row since the first-round of the 2016 NBA Playoffs.
With a victory over their rivals, The Warriors have put the Cavaliers in a very tough situation. No team in the history of NBA has ever made a comeback from being 3-1 down to win the league's championship title
