Toronto Assault Charge Against Justin Bieber Dropped

Pop brat Justin Bieber has gotten his way yet again.
An assault charge filed in a Toronto court against the Biebs was dropped on Monday after the prosecutor stated that there was no reasonable prospect of conviction.
The 20-year old singer was charged in January for assaulting a limousine driver in December. The incident, which occurred in Bieber's native Canada, revolved around the driver picking up Bieber along with five individuals outside a night club. The singer was said to have struck the driver several times at the back of the head on their way to his hotel.

The "Baby" singer, his lawyer and the prosecutor of the said case did not give any comments yet regarding the dropping of the assault charge.
Although Bieber has managed to rid himself of legal trouble regarding the case with the limo driver, he isn't out of hot water yet. The singer will still need to face charges of assault and dangerous driving after he was arrested a week ago near the his hometown in Stratford, Ontario.
According to police, Bieber got into a "physical altercation" with another driver after his all-terrain vehicle collided with a minivan. At that time, Bieber was visiting his father with his on-again, off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez.
"Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez' peaceful retreat in Stratford this weekend was unfortunately disrupted by the unwelcome presence of paparazzi," Brian Greenspan, Bieber's lawyer, stated.
Seems like Bieber continues to be a hot topic not for his music, but for his run-ins with the law.
The singer is currently on probation in Los Angeles after pleading no contest to vandalizing his neighbor's home. He also pleaded guilty to careless driving and resisting arrest in Florida several weeks ago after he was caught drag racing in a luxury car while high on drugs and alcohol.
