An Atlanta hospital is expecting the arrival of the fourth American who was infected by the Ebola virus on Tuesday, the hospital announced Monday.

The same hospital is where two U.S. aid workers were treated and successfully recovered from the disease after being infected by the virus in West Africa.

In a statement released by spokesman Lt. Col. James Wilson of the U.S. Air Force, the patient will be flown outside Atlanta to Dobbins Air Reserve Base and then to Emory University Hospital.

According to the Hospital, the patient, as in past cases, will be treated at an isolated unit and vowed confidentiality that no personal information about the patient will be divulged.

In August, two aid volunteers working in Liberia were infected by the virus and were successfully treated at Emory.

The third American who contracted the disease is a doctor who is now being treated at a hospital in Nebraska.

His recovery is still uncertain, but his doctors revealed that he's responding well to the experimental treatments he has been receiving since Monday.

The doctor, Rick Sacra, was working at a treatment center in Sierra Leone when he started exhibiting symptoms of the disease, according to the World Health Organization

Sacra, 51, is in stable condition and according to his wife, Debbie, has been more responsive during video conference conversations.

Debbie told CBS that her husband hasn't been able to eat much since arriving at the hospital, but was able to eat toast and apple sauce on Monday.

"He also tolerated the research drug well - better than he had the previous doses he was given," Debbie said.

The World Health Organization has stated that there are now over 2,100 Ebola related deaths in West Africa, while many others remain infected and battling the virus.
