Former NBA D-League player Tyler Wilkerson of the Shaanxi Xinda Wolves had a remarkable double-double game production earning him the right to be named Asia-Basket.com NBL Player of the Week in the 13th round of the minor basketball league of China.
The 27-year-old American professional basketball player showcased a spectacular performance on the night; scoring 34 huge points and grabbing 19 big rebounds. Wilkerson led his team to win against the sixth-placed Guang Xi Weizhuang with a 99-90 scoreline.

The former Marshall Thundering Herd power forward has turned to out be the Shaanxi's top player in his first season with the club. The 6-foot-8 tall native of Lexington, Kentucky had a remarkable 68.8 shooting percentage from the two-point range in Shaanxi's latest game.
The Wolves currently hold the top spot in the league's team standings and remain unbeaten this season. With Wilkerson's spectacular performances, the team boasts of an unblemished 13-0 win-loss record this season.
According to Asia-Basket, the former Austin Toros player is the NBL's seventh-best in scoring, having an average of 31.5 points per contest. He is third in the league's best in rebounds, pulling down 14.9 boards per outing. Wilkerson also averages 1.5 blocked shots per game with a steady 63.1 percent shooting accuracy from the floor.
The former Los Angeles D-Fenders player Ajek Majok is the second top performer in the league. The 28-year-old Khartoum, Sudan-born foreign reinforcement of the fifth-ranked Beijing Sport impressed basketball fans with a double-double production of 35 points and 20 rebounds in their 171-102 win over Jianghuai. Beijing currently has an 8-5 win-loss record.
American veteran 7-foot-2 center James Tyler of the Jiangsu Lions came up as the third-best game performer of the last round. He poured in 26 points and 21 rebounds in their 119-122 victory over the fourth-ranked Jiangsu Hualan. His team is currently at the eleventh position in the team table with five wins and eight losses.
