A new, unannounced 8-inch Android tablet from Lenovo has leaked and has apparently gotten the certification of China's telecom equipment regulatory agency (TENAA).
Lenovo's upcoming tablet would have an 8-inch full high-definition display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It will come in two variants with the model numbers TB-8703N and TB-8703F. Both are powered by the octa-core, 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 chipset clocked at a speed of 2.0 GHz. Both devices will come in two storage variants, namely, a 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage as well as a 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. These storage options can be expandable up to 64 GB through a microSD card. The device would run the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system and would be packed with a 4250 mAh battery that is 8.7 mm thick.

The unnamed Lenovo tablet weighs 334 grams that is a very much typical figure for the 8-inch tablet market nowadays. It will also have a rear camera with LED flash on the back and a front mounted camera with unlisted megapixel counts. The addition of a rear flash makes this new tablet more interesting from a hardware perspective. It will be either joining the S-line of Lenovo tablets or replacing the Lenovo Tab3 8 range.
Its connectivity options are Bluetooth, GPS/A-GPS, Wi-Fi, a 3.5 mm audio jack, FM radio, and a micro USB port. There are rumors that the tablet with the model number TB-8703N will support LTE networking.
