Chinese smartphone and computer manufacturer Lenovo has announced that its smartphone called the Lenovo Z1, or ZUK Z1 will be available in India starting May 10 onwards. The device is expected to cost Rs. 18962.47 (USD $285).

The Lenovo Z1/ZUK Z1 smartphone is a decent device with impressive features and specifications. The build appearance of the smartphone is sleek and slim with a body dimension of 155.7 x 77.3 x 8.9 mm (6.13 x 3.04 x 0.35 in) and weighs 175 g (6.17 oz).

The Z1/ZUK Z1 smartphone features a 5.5-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display (1080x1920 pixels) with 401 PPI pixel density. The device is powered by Quad-core 2.5 GHz Krait 400 Qualcomm's MSM8974AC and Snapdragon 801 processor paired with Adreno 330 GPU.

The smartphone comes with 3GB of RAM and has a built-in 64GB non-expandable internal memory. It runs on Android v5.1.1 (Lollipop) operating system out of the box along with CyanogenMod 12.1 user interface on top of it. The device is fueled by a non-removable Li-Po 4100mAh capacity battery.

The device sports a 13-megapixel main camera with OIS (Sony IMX 214 sensor), f/2.2 aperture and 8-megapixel front shooter capable of video recording up to 1080p resolution. Connectivity options of the device include 4 LTE (150Mbps), Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS/GLONASS, NFC, and USB Type-C port with USB host.
