Lenovo Vibe A or Vibe A1000 Launched in Russia

According to Indian Express, the new budget Vibe A or Vibe A1000 smartphone was launched close on the heels of the Vibe C2 and is unlikely to be launched in India. The Vibe C2 was launched last week with a 5-inch high-definition display, a MediaTek MT6735P chipset, dual SIM, an 8-megapixel rear camera, a 5-megapixel front-facing camera, and a 1 GB of RAM in either 8 or 16 GB of internal storage.

The Vibe A or Vibe A1000 was launched in October last year with a 4-inch standard WVGA display and a screen resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. It is powered by a quad-core Spreadtrum SC7731 chipset clocked at a speed of 1.3 GHz. It comes with a 1 GB of RAM in an 8 GB of internal storage that can be expandable up to 32 GB via a microSD card.
The Vibe A or Vibe A1000 features a 5-megapixel camera at the back with a flash and a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies. It runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system. Although the specific battery is not listed on the website of Lenovo Russia, it is said to be packed with a 2000 mAh removable battery that can last for 9 hours of talk time and 12 days on standby, Gadgets 360 reported.
According to GSM Arena, its dimensions of Vibe A or Vibe A1000 are 124.5 x 64 x 10.6 millimeters with a weight of 132 grams. The device has dual-SIM capability and can accommodate two regular SIM (GSM) cards. Its connectivity options are HSPA + technology, Bluetooth 2.10, FM, GPS, accelerometer, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/ g/ n, and 3G. The device is available in pearl white and onyx black color.
