With the recent rise of smartwatches in China, several manufacturers are cashing in on the hype. No.1 is just one of these companies, and recently the manufacturer unveiled its latest creation, the No.1 D5+.
As the name suggests the No.1 D5+ is an upgraded version of the previously released D5 smartwatch. It terms of external design and aesthetics, it is fair to say that not much was changed from the previous model. The reason behind this is to keep the conventional look of the watch with its rounded face.

Much of the upgrades of the D5+ were made under the hood. The new smartwatch sports the new MT6580 chipset, an upgrade from the MT6572 found on the original D5. The new chipset from MediaTek has a quad-core processor with 1GB of memory and 8GB storage space, a significant upgrade compared to the previous generation model which had 512MB memory and 4GB of storage space, according to Giz China.
The No.1 D5+ runs on Android Wear operating system. The No.1 D5+ has a display resolution of 360 x 360 pixels and is powered by the Mali-400 MP graphics processing unit.
A recently posted video showcasing the benchmark score of the new No.1 D5+ shows that the new smartwatch scored more than 22,000 points on Antutu, a significant leap compared to the 10,007 points scored by the original D5.
According to Mobile Scout, the No.1 D5+ is expected to have a price tag of $107 (727 Yuan).
