Ed Sheeran is out and about promoting his new album entitled "X" while in an interview on the "Howard Stern Show" on Monday.
In one of the songs of the singer, he had a very confidential one entitled "Don't". Everyone wanted to know who inspired it or what prompted it and Sheeran did not directly say that it had anything to do with his ex-girlfriend or that it was for a member of the One Direction band.

However, when Stern asked Sheeran the question: "It was a dude from One Direction, right?" Sheeran was very quick to answer saying that the papers said a lot of things and that he has never dropped any names because he has kept his mouth shut about everything.
He noted that he did not really become upset over the situation but he was pissed. He noted that he thought whatever the whoever did was disrespectful. No hint of denial so people are safely assuming it was really a guy from One Direction.
The lyrics of the song is basically about a girl who cheated on him with another guy while all of them were in the same hotel.
Here are some of the lines and they are pretty elaborate: "And I never saw him as a threat--- Until you disappeared with him to have sex of course--- It's not like we were both on tour--- We were staying on the same f--king hotel floor."
So who is it from the five boys in the One Direction band? His fans are positive that it's Niall Horan but that still remains a mystery.
Sheeran also revealed that right after the incident, he talked to the man involved. He said that it was a difficult conversation especially because they were "mates". He just said that the man broke the bro code and what he did was not cool at all.
