In a matchday full of drawn games, reeling contenders Hebei China Fortune finally avoided two straight losses as they forced a 1-1 tie in a Hebei derby with bottom two squad Shijiazhuang Ever Bright at the Yutong International Sports Center last Sunday as the 2016 Chinese Super League season continues.

However, even if Hebei managed to be undefeated in their last two games, the team still dropped to the fourth spot in the overall standings, which is the lowest they had been all season.

The draw was Shijiazhuang's third unbeaten performance in their last four outings, but they are still submerged in the bottom two demotion area with only nine games left in their campaign this term.

Manager Li Jinyu's side will next face the stumbling Tianjin Teda XI and powerhouse Shanghai SIPG in their two remaining matches this month.
