UMi to Launch Max Smartphone in China Soon

Chinese smartphone maker UMi has announced that its latest device - the UMi Max smartphone - will be available in China this month. The upcoming UMi smartphone features a huge 6-inch AMOLED display screen.
The upcoming UMi Max smartphone was classified by the company as a "Phablet" device due to its massive display screen size. UMi revealed that the smartphone will feature an AMOLED display panel, instead of the LCD panels on its previous devices.

UMi recently launched the UMi London smartphone in the region. The UMi London smartphone features a toughened dual glass protection with DG Twin Shield technology. The company claims that with the UMi Protection technology, the smartphone can survive a drop from a maximum of 6 meters and 1.5 meters without any protection.
The UMi London features a 5-inch IPS HD (1280 x 720 pixels) display screen. The device is powered by a MediaTek MT6580 ARM Cortex-A7 processor clocked at a speed of 1.3 GHz, paired with ARM Mali-400 MP1 GPU onboard. It comes equipped with 1GB of RAM onboard and a built-in 8GB internal memory storage.
The UMi London smartphone runs on the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system out of the box. The device is powered by a 2,050 mAh capacity battery inside. Other features include Wi-Fi b,g,n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS/A-GPS, and Micro-SIM/Nano-SIM support.
